Have:
	WYSE 2200 (286 @ 8MHz) - motherboard bad ... need to replace

Cost:
	Original Wyse replacement bard will cost my co $500

My Goal:
	Improve performance, for less cost (obviously :-) )
options:
	1) '286 board @ ?MHz
	2) '386SX @ 16MHz
	3) '386 @ ?MHz

given:
	CAN NOT exceede $500 TOTAL
	need at least 1M
	should be able to use the "extra" 256K chips (2M) that I already own

need:
	"reputable" BIOS & Motherboard (which?)
      	"reputable" mail-order retailer (which?)

Any suggestions will be greatly apreciated
