Isn't it about time individual boards had fuses on their power rails, rather than relying on the half kilowatt or so limiter in the power supply? -Yes I know why they don't, I'm 'in the trade' myself, but we'd find a happy solution if we HAD to, instead we rely on parts which are considered 'safe' under those conditions, and make no attempt at *prevention*.
