Lunarmobiscuit, are you there?

I find that _Launch 1.0 is unable to get the icon of an application
unless that application is unlocked.  I find this quite unsettling, as
this is one of my precautions against virus infection.

When the application is locked, _Launch 1.0 complains of "File System
or Resource Error" and in place of the correct icon uses a generic
application icon with a question mark in it.
