Is there an utility that shuts down a Mac II automatically after a
certain period of idle time ( Like Pyro!, but instead of darkening the
screen it would shut the machine down ). Also, it would be nice to have
an option to choose to save all open documents before shutdown.

If there is not such utility around, is there a special reason why not ?
