You might try ftp.ncsa.uiuc.edu (sometimes also known as zaphod.ncsa.uiuc.edu)
in the folder NCSA_Telnet/tn3270.  This 3270 emulator was written at Brown,
I believe, and is based on the public domain NCSA Telnet program.
