Sorry, but my experience is just the opposite. I have some fairly large linked worksheets. None of them use database functions. In fact the only functions they use are IF() and SUM(). However, they loaded and recalculated significantly (2 to 3 times) slower under Excel 2.2 than 1.5. Needless to say, I didn't send for the update (I took my worksheets to a local dealer to try 2.2 before I sent for the update.)
