  All the useful code that's ever appeared in MacTutor probably fits on 2
or 3 floppies; an entire ftp site would be overkill deluxe. :-)  A long
time ago, there was talk of making the source code available on the
MouseHole Downloads (BBS), but nothing ever materialized. You can, however,
order source code disks at $8 apiece from the "MacTutor Mail Order Store."

  In all probability, you wouldn't be able to just "type it in and run".
MacTutor is notorious for typos and omissions in printed source examples.
