What is the best way to build a terminal emulator class that
is compatible with the rest of the LSC class library?  Has anybody
done this?  For that matter what is the best way to deal with
the serial line?  I have not seen a class that helps with this.
The only solution that I can see is to modify the CSwitchboard
class and CApplication::run() method.  Anybody have a more elegant
solution?
