Sorry for posting this on the list instead of mailing it out indivi=
dually, but I've seen several requests concerning Linda on transputers
during the last few weeks, and I was unable to mail some of the
senders (e.g. Craig Faasen) directly...

I've heard about the following Linda projects on transputers:
* A commercial Linda (C, other languages later) is under development
  at SCA (the Linda company) in cooperation with Inmos (for Xmas).
  I don't have contact persons or email addresses, perhaps ask Prof.
  Gelernter...
* Perry Busalacci (busalacc@umn-cs.cs.umn.edu) has to do something
  with Linda on transputers, I'm not sure what exactly he is doing.
* All the hardware and software of Cogent is based on Linda. It is a
  very nice and powerful product, and it is based on transputers, but
  they have added special hardware. Ask Wm Leler (wm@cse.ogc.edu).
* A student at Edinburgh (Neil MacDonald, erck19@castle.ed.ac.uk) is
  implementing Linda (C, than Prolog and perhaps Lisp) on their Meiko
  Computing surface, and another student has once implemented Linda
  Lisp on that machine.
* Topologix once had Linda running on their transputer boards for Suns.
