1. My LaTeX figures, though specified as -
   \begin{figure}[hbt]
   often float  and end up on the last pages of the chapter.
   Is there a way to force it to put the figure in the specified
   vicinity ?
2. Shouldn't there be a special News Group for LaTeX (TeX) ??
