[If you don't know what IVRITEX is, this will not concern you]

Come on kind souls, I am busy and lazy and ... who has this running
under Unix, and uses LaTeX (the latter not being mandatory). Please
let me know, so that I can ``steal'' all your files rather than have to
create all the PK files myself and grapple with this punch format etc.
