Message-ID: <128384@sun.Eng.Sun.COM> Date: 25 Nov 89 23:17:48 GMT Sender: news@sun.Eng.Sun.COM Reply-To: plocher@sun.Com (John Plocher) Organization: Sun Microsystems, Mountain View Lines: 12 References: Under AT&T Unix 3.2 there are tantalizing allusions to the ability to handle multiple controllers. For example, the diskadd and disksetup programs accept a "controller" specification on their command lines. I would like to connect a DPT RLL controller and a second [MFM/RLL/ESDI] controller in the same system running AT&T 3.2 (or later :-) ******** Has anyone done this? Have you tried and failed? If so, email me. I will post a summary, so please don't send "me-too" messages because I will ignore them :-) -John Plocher
