Message-ID: <141.2562f498@ccvax.ucd.ie> Date: 16 Nov 89 17:55:35 GMT Organization: University College Dublin Lines: 26 I have several VAXstation-2000s running Ultrix. They are unfortunately equipped with UK standard keyboard, in which for example the '@' and '"' keys are in the wrong place (my recommendation to standardize on US keyboards was ignored). My question is: Is the only way to change the keyboard nationality through the >>> TEST 54 menu on preboot ? ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Tom Wade | Internet: T.Wade@cc.ucd.ie Speaker To Vaxes | (& for HEAnet/Bitnet/Eunet domain mailers) Systems Programmer | Domainless (& brainless) mailers: Computer Center | Bitnet/Earn: T_WADE@CCVAX(.bitnet) University College | Eunet/Usenet: ![backbone]!tcdcs!t.wade%cc.ucd.ie Belfield | Dublin 4 | PSI-Mail: PSI%27243154000712::T.WADE Ireland | Janet: t.wade%cc.ucd.ie@EARN-RELAY -------------------| Telex: (0500) 91178 UCD IE ("TO WADE" at start). ---- | X400: [Address Exceeds 65536 byte buffer] / \ | Non-email: ** | Fax: +353-1-838605 ** | Voice: +353-1-693244 Ext 2032 \ / | ---- | "It's you and me against the world - when do we attack?? -------------------------------------------------------------------------------
