I recently sent a quick-launch facility called Express to NeWS-makers.  Due to
file size limitations, however, the message was not delivered to some
sites.  If you have not received Express and would like to, it is available
via anonymous ftp from tumtum.cs.umd.edu (128.8.128.49).  For those of
you without anonymous ftp access, let me know and I will send you the individual
files.
