Yes, IBM has been including as a part of its TCP/IP for VM and MVS products a version of the C client libraries (Xlib, Xtlib, Athena widgets, and H-P widgets). In addition, IBM ships "sample" code which allows applications using GDDM to display their graphics in an X Window on a compliant X11 X server.
