NO.  XGKS supports all ANSI GKS output primitives and all logical input
devices in all operating modes.

I did along with 2 others.  This was done at the University of Illinois.
The work was funded by IBM who also tested the system, provided the Fortran
binding, and put together the distribution.  IBM's Cambridge group did this
work.
