I have heard rumours of some libraries and/or tools that might exist to
assist in moving an application from MS-Windows to X, and possibly even X
and some application interface like Motif.

While a complete translation is probably not possible due to the different
interace paradims, many things could probably be done with a library.  Anybody
know of such a library?
