I will be finishing a gcc port to the NCR Tower computer in the near
future. What is the correct way to submit the new tm- and xm- files so
they get included in the next gcc release? There will also be some
context diffs to the config.gcc script and possibly also some diffs to
m68k.md.

Should I simply mail the stuff to bug-gcc?
