Yes, but you can just ignore them and transmit your articles anyway.
Only the sites that want to receive, will receive.

You should see the flames I get from my Grandmother in Kansas everytime
I rent an "R" rated video.  I say "Sorry, Grandma, it's my VCR and my TV,
