I would like to access the Usenet in Australia and New Zealand,
mainly for information on jobs.offered and wanted. Is there a
way to post and recieve articles over the net to and from
other parts of the world without posting to the whole world, 
or having direct connection to the counties that I am interested 
in?
Do to the Usenet hierarchy and many other factors, I doubt
that this is possible, but I haven't seen much mention regarding
access between individual countries, so I thought I would ask.
