Subject: a local news group with multiple managers.  how?

Hi all,

I am trying to create a newsgroup in which all users can post and read.
However, I want a few people to be able to delete any item in that newsgroup
only.  Items are to stay in the group for an indefinate time so experation
is not good enough.

I tried to set a moderator and that worked but I could not set more than
one moderator.  I tried to make it a restricted group with the member list
user1	moderator,write
user2	moderator,write
user3	moderator,write
*	write
but the moderators could not even delete there own items.

So the question is How can I do this?  Is therre something I am missing
in the docs?

I am using VMS 4.7, and anu-news 4.8a
