I've just patched news 2.11B all the way up to patchlevel 19 from a very
old level (5, I think) for my Microport SysV/AT, version 2.4.  Attempting
the make results in an 'illegal function' error message on the following
code from 'inews.c' (beginning at line 1009):

	if (time((time_t *)0) > (cgtdate(header.subdate) + HISTEXP) ) {
		logerr("Article too old, moved to junk");
		if (localize("junk")) {
			savehist(histline);
			junked = TRUE;
		}
		exitcode = 1;
		goto writeout;

Since I patched this all the way from the initial distribution through
patchlevel 19 in one swoop, I don't know where this might have come in.
Do any uPort'ers (or anyone else) have a solution?  Thank you.
