Some sites fed by jarvis.csri used to pass each other a "test" newsgroups.
Because of the current changes to the topology, said group has become useless
as the sites that used to rely on it are no longer directly connected.  The
need for a test group that is not strictly local remains, and this appears
to be a reasonable compromise.  Delete the group at your site and yell at me
by mail if unhappy.
