                           MANAGER
                   MICROELECTRONICS NETWORK

Required:  Manager for Microelectronics Network funded through the
Federal Program of Networks of Centres of Excellence.  Duties to
include managing and coordinating, under the direction of the
Scientific Project Leader, the research efforts of a Network of
nine university centres of excellence (distributed across Canada)
and their interaction with industry with the objective of enhancing
networking between the Centres and technology transfer between the
Universities and Industry.

Qualifications:  Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering,
Computer Science or Physics (or equivalent experience) with emphasis
on Microelectronics.  Research and business administration experience
an asset.

Location:  Toronto, Ontario.

Salary and Benefits:  Commensurate with experience.
