The U of Alberta provides a limited news feed to the Alberta Research
Council via a CDNnet mail link. The CDNnet route from alberta appears
to pas through UBC on its way to the ARC. The ean gateways at UBC have
been known to get plugged up on occasion, thus the "bounce" message.

No, since the U of Alberta and the ARC will be speaking IP over a 56K
line to each other within the next two weeks.
