       I am designing a text to speech  system ( NETTalk like ) based on the
       Adaptive Resonance Theory of Grossberg & Carpenter.
       My initial implementation was based around an ART1 model.
       Unfortunatly, I have recently found that this approach
       was inapropriate.  Any expereices ,tips, or code for
       the eqations for ART2 would be very helpful.
       I will summarize responces if there is a demand.
