Personally, I wouldn't like to see a *rush* category of untested programs
in c.p.i.p.  The quality of the postings and the additional benefit of good
comments included with each posting makes the extra time involved worth it
to me.  I think Rahul has been doing a great job, and I don't know many who
would do better.
