Only parts 1-5 of section C showed up at tektronix, a major northwest
(US: southwest CAN :-) hub site.

Rahul: a repost of 6-9 seems to be in order?

     newlines - but easily corrected with a text editor.  Those
     certainly NOT need be reposted.
