Virtually all caching programs I have used do track-read-ahead-buffering
or what ever you would call it.  This includes the popular:
	1) Super PC-Kwik  (by far the best cache around!)
	2) pc-cache from pc-tools 5.x (a stripped version of Super PC-Kwik)
	3) DCACHE.COM from PC-Mag (the 2K wonder, with source code !)
