I have detected a bug in the library code for ZTC 2.0.  I would
like to email documentation but when I attempted to mail to
bright@dataio.Data-IO.COM the mailer at dataio bounced the
mail with an unknown user message.

So  Walter Bright, if you would send me a mailing address, I'll
send you some documentation.

The problem seems to be in the interrupt handler code.
