If you don't have them then you're either stupid or a cheat. 2) No one could send them (and hopefully doesn't want to) anyway, since you didn't mention the *name* of the compiler you are using. 3) I know it's a pain, but unless you're using GCC, this stuff is almost undoubtedly copyrighted material, and should only be obtained from the company selling the compiler.
