This is an urgent request.  I have been looking for Meyer's book for quite
some time now.  In fact the library here has been trying to locate a copy
for the last 2 months!  I have called the Canadian office of Prentice Hall,
they told me it was on back order and did not know when it would arrive.  They
gave me a U.S. number, upon calling this number, I was told that yes they did
have the book (finally), but they could only ship it air mail which would take
2 weeks.  I need this book yesterday!  

My point is if there is *anyone* out there that has a copy of this book, could
they please lend it to me for 1 week.  I will of course pay overnight courier
costs.  I need this book for a presentation in a grad course.
