Running on a Sun 3, SunOS 4.0.

I started out with ELM2.2 PL10 which Configured, compiled, and ran just fine. 

I then applied patches 11 and 12, and did a 'sh Configure -d'.
Then I applited patches 13 and 14 and did a 'sh Configure -d'.

After I did a make, it became apparent that for some reason, Configure had
decided that my mail group was 'mail', when in fact no such group existed; the
mail group here is 'wheel'.

I ran Configure again manually, with no change in behavior, so I ended up
having to edit config.sh via a shell escape at the end of the script.
