I want to send e-mail to friend of mine at Pratt & Whitney Aircraft Engines
in E. Hartford, CT, but I'm not quite sure how.  I know that he an account
on VAX, and I'm pretty sure they're a USEnet site (or something like that).
Any suggestions?
