Message-ID: <89334.151535RJS106@PSUVM.BITNET> Date: 30 Nov 89 20:15:35 GMT Organization: Penn State University Lines: 31 I would like to know the first 10 notes(frequencies) in the Canadian National Anthem so I could put it in my BAT file. I am planning on doing this using Norton's Utilities Batch Enhancer BEEP command... My problem arises from the fact that I am not musically inclined (ie. don't know how to read music ). The BEEP command format goes like this: BEEP /Fnnnnn /Dnn /Rn /Wnn \ \ \ \__WAIT nn/18th of a second between notes \ \ \ \ \ \__REPEAT note n amount of times \ \ \ \__DURATION, hold note nn/18th of a second long \ \__FREQUENCY in Hz (Cycles per second) Notez Bien (NB.) That the Duration and Wait subcommand are in eighteenths of a second, therefore if nn equals 72 it would hold the note for 4 seconds. Any and all help would be highly appeciated, Pierre Stanton Engineering Science major (Penn State Univ.) //Engr Sci majors, // //the few, the proud // //the totally deranged // Brought to you by Super Global Mega Corp .com
