It runs on my AT quite well. I can make kernels and boot them with no problems. I can also translate most of the library with no trouble, although 4 or 5 routines are not quite right. I can recompile commands/*.c except that ls seems to crash when run. The tests all run. In short, I am very close. There are several beta test sites at work now hunting for bugs etc. I am going off to the U.S. and Canada for 2 weeks. I'll be back on Dec 14. Don't bother sending me mail, since I'm not here to read it. Just so you will have something to do in these two weeks, I will now post 10 uue files that are finished. Decoding instructions: 1. Verify that you have 1.3 by looking at the crcs below. 2. Strip off the mail headers/trailers and verify the *.uue file crcs. 3. Make sure that you have enough /tmp space to work with. 4. Decode each uue file using uud (e.g.: uud doc_00.uue). 5. Save the *.uue files to floppy; then remove them to regain disk space. 6. Type: compress -d *.Z to decompress all the .Z files. 7. Remove the *.Z files to regain disk space. 8. Type: sh
