The theory, at least, is that "ez.BodyFont" should affect what it looks like in ez, "ezprint.BodyFont" should affect how it prints out, "help.BodyFont" should affect the fonts used for help files, and so on. "*.BodyFont" should affect *any* program. The first applicable preference line wins, so you'd want to make sure your "*.BodyFont" default came AFTER any program-specific preferences.
