I don't know if this got fixed in Patch 6 or not, but here's the problem:
- I killed a rothe and then a wolf
- I walked onto the pile of food and couldn't carry any
- I started eating the wolf on top
- Another wolf came up and bit me, causing me to stop eating
- I threw a partially eaten wolf corpse at him, and he ate it and got tame.
- I typed "e", intending to eat the rothe corpse
things went berserk, probably because it was trying to tell me I was
resuming my meal, but my partially eaten wolf corpse was gone.
The system suggested I ask my adminstrator  to try to recover it,
but unfortunately I AM the administrator, so ...
