Is our world limited to only 80 columns?  (And only 24 lines?)

I am looking for an UNIX filter utility for terminal
like "more", or "pg" with a left and right scrolling capability.

I would like to view a file that is longer than 80 columns (e.g., a
132 column report) without line wrapping around.

Since I am asking for the sky, an editor with left right scrolling would
be even better.
