(say anyone buy mine so I can get a 2091 or Hardframe? #8^) Hey, the A2091 is just out and they discontinue it? Of course you meant the A2090 (non-autobooting) and the A2090A (autobooting). From the CBM COMDEX press releases there seem to be two new controllers: the 2091 and the 2091-40. The second one is referred as "more powerful". As far as what will go into new machines, this is verbatim from one of the press releases: "The more powerful A2091-40 is an autobooting 40 MB SCSI hard disk and controller which has been incorporated as a standard component into the Commodore Amiga 200HD and is also avaliable as a periperal." Or the press release could just be bogus and there is only one controller (the A2091) and the A2091-40 = A2091 + fast 40M HD (press people are known to know very little of what they are talking about :-) -- Marco Papa 'Doc' -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= uucp:...!pollux!papa BIX:papa ARPAnet:pollux!papa@oberon.usc.edu "There's Alpha, Beta, Gamma, Diga and Caligari!" -- Rick Unland -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=
