	The best icon editor I've seen so far is called 'Icon Magic'. It
comes via PAR Software and was written by the same people who've done
Express Paint. The user interface is very similar to Express Paint and
it supports their interprocess protocol also. One of the features I like
best is the ability to change things like the window size the icon opens
and the position of the icon on the screen. It also supports up to 16
colors...
