I have VirusX v 1.3 which was given to me when I bought the comupter, and lately every time I boot on this system disk which contains VirusX, it informs me that the ByteBandit virus was found in memory and has been disabled. I used the program to check other disks and found some that came back positive for the virus, and I tried to fix them. I just can't seem to get rid of it. Esp. on the system disk with the virusX program. I get the "virus found in memory" message EVERYTIME I boot the machine. First: what is the ByteBandit; what does it do? Second: how can I get rid of this pest. Thanks. | Robert E.
