Pay $215 for a new drive assembly from Commodore to be installed. 2. Have the external drive assembly transfered to my internal, and buy a new external drive for about $150. I have a tech who will do this for free. 3. Buy a third party drive assembly. I've seen them for about $100. Can anyone tell me what model/make will work? 4. Buy a used A1000 internal or external drive assembly. Got one? Any advice on any of these or other options much appreciated. lee
