Well I can't give an estimate of how much it will cost for people from the U.S.
but here in the U.K. the cost would as follows :

Conference fees                 - 280 pounds
Hotel room (special group rate) - 60 pounds per day/night
Travel expenses                 - 100 pounds ???
Personal expenses               - ? (Paris is an expensive place)


Hotel charges are for the Holiday Inn Paris where the conference is being held.

Maybe I should talk to my brother about arranging special rates for the hotel
to keep the cost down.
