It was posted on 27-Nov-89 and is 63939 bytes in length. It is version 4.0. Since there seem to be alot of fake copies going around, I would suggest getting it from there or from BIX. I was bitten by the BSG-9 virus which is the one that replaces your first executable file in your 'Startup-Sequence'.
