Ditto for me.  I'm not sure there is a missing file, but after removing
the lines saying 
"*** This is Part n of 17 of file AMIGABI TEX-DIST ***"
and 
"*** This was Part n of 17 of file AMIGABI TEX-DIST ***"
then concatenating the files I get "Short file" from uudecode.

Any and all help appreciated.
