MicroEMACS 3.10 from Daniel Lawerence(sp?) does this. It is also compilable
on several systems so you could use it as your "standard" editor if you so
chose.

The sources are available from comp.sources.misc I believe and possibly
on a Fish disk (probably in the 200 - 250 range).
