Does anyone out there in netland have a good UNIX-GS termcap?

I have tried several kinds, but have not found one that allows me to use things like vi, emacs, highlighted text, capability of scrolling backwards, etc.

Any help will be greatly appreciated because I don't have the knowledge to write one myself.
