She is using an Apple IIe and an old version of Appleworks. The printer is an EP-1201 Epson compatible that she bought at a Navy Exchange in Japan. It uses an Epson (non-grafix) interface card. The printer is an Impact Dot Matrix Parallel printer that works with every program I have except Appleworks (Proterm, Wordperfect, etc.) I tried configuring the Appleworks program for every type that is listed, testing after each to no success. I even got ahold of a friend who has Appleworks 3.0 and tried using that to print, however even that won't do it. The program looks and acts as if it is printing (it doesn't lock up or give any errors) , however it is not. Anyone have any idea how I can get this setup to work? Dan
