You mistakenly imply that Atari Corporation (the parent of all
subsidiaries) has "kept the UK waiting."  This is not the case.  The UK
has TOS 1.4.  If they don't want to manufacture or ship it, that's their
call. We don't tell them how to run their operations.

(I don't really know that much about the subs: for example, I think
they order ROMs from Atari Taiwan.  The point is that Atari Corporation
has provided all subs with TOS 1.4, and from that point on it's up to
the sub.)
